Shipping and Returns
We are proud of our product, and the individualized services, including custom orders, we can offer you.
Many of our bags are in stock and can be sent within a few days. Count 5 to 7 days for delivery.
We also “make to order”. Please allow 10 – 15 business days for delivery of your product from the date of your payment, as custom made for your order.
All Items ship via TNT or DHL with tracking detail. Shipping takes around 5 – 7 days from the day your items is shipped out depending to destination. Not delay customs.
We require your telephone number in your shipping information. This is necessary for an efficient delivery of your order.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO ( army post office ) and FPO ( Fleet Post Office)
If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will have to charge $15 as a cancellations fee

Lilla Lane will except return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full - price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
Final sales : Personalized, special order and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Damage or incorrect merchandise must be reported to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping and handling is not refundable.
All return items must be shipped back with in 30 days after being received and the shipping cost should be taken care of by the buyer.
Refund will be issued after receiving the returned items.
